Pfizer, one of the world’s largest research-based pharmaceutical firms, wanted to roll out team building classes. Management recognized that success came from working together as a global team to serve customers.
To reach this goal, Pfizer’s Leadership and Workforce Development division designed courses to promote a team atmosphere. The objective was to create a productive work setting with a focus on customer satisfaction. Clarity provided several facilitators who were experienced in delivering team building training.
The consultants conducted training in sessions that ranged from four hours to two days. Issues addressed included how to interface with colleagues and employees, negotiation tactics, and conflict management. Subject matter included Pfizer-specific content and team building best practices.
Clarity’s consultants facilitated, coached, and guided the participants to accomplish the course objectives, and Pfizer invited the consultants to give strategic advice for ways to streamline the classes. Pfizer management was pleased with the high quality of Clarity’s facilitators.
