• For a financial services company, developed and delivered new employee orientation for the technology enterprise.  Developed and delivered a train-the-trainer program for subject matter experts to tap into the organization’s knowledge base and leverage their expertise.
• For an investment firm, delivered training to the HR staff on utilization and management of the newly implemented HR information system.  Provided technical support with ongoing upgrades and enhancements to the system.
