For a large health products and services company, functioned as the Training and Development Manager. Created and implemented standard operating procedures and company best practices. Trained and managed corporate training specialists. Managed implementation of pharmacy training for employees in seven states.
For a well-known animal hospital, developed training programs for staff members working within 450 veterinary hospitals in the US, UK and Mexico. Wrote project design documents to define project scope. Used ADDIE model to develop training materials.
For a semiconductor manufacturing company, assisted management with the introduction of the company’s newly formed Training & Development department. Introduced the “Train the Trainer” concept to management; selected and managed department trainers. Designed and implemented the new hire orientation program.

Education includes a BS in Communications from Western Oregon University and an MA in Communications and Political Science from Oregon State University.
