Developed IT content for a 3-day train-the-trainer program that trained 150 national trainers (who then trained over 3,600 end users across the country).
Led teams to convert existing operational procedures at several high-profile companies. The teams developed print and web-based conversion standards, templates and user interface designs. Resulted in the successful deployment of over 1,500 procedures and eliminated much of the company’s print production and distribution costs.

This training pro holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from Northern Illinois University, as well as a BA in Business Administration, with a focus in Economics, from Elmhurst College.
