- At a human resources firm, developed instructor-led and self-paced deliverables for consultants implementing a new HR/payroll information system.
- At a telecommunications firm, designed and facilitated instructional design process training to the training department. Designed and delivered workshops on software upgrades, developed performance support aids to support best practices and trained the trainer.
- At a telecommunications firm, assessed and edited the online training for five user profiles selling and implementing a product. Served an integral role in the development and production of deliverables for an intensive training boot camp. Performed a series of in-depth task analyses with accomplished performers throughout the region and used the data to redesign initial training for sales representatives.
